This pasteurized, naturally cloudy juice contains no flavor enhancers, artificial colors, or preservatives, and includes naturally occurring sugars with an acidity of 3.5-4 pH. The lacto-fermentation process enhances the nutrient content of the vegetables, increasing B-group vitamins and vitamin C compared to raw vegetables.
