Ingredients Usage How to use Benylin 4 Flu For adults and children aged 16 and over: Take 2 tablets, up to 4 times a day, if needed. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Children 10-15 years old: Take 1 tablet, up to 4 times a day, if necessary. It is not recommended for children under 10 years. Do not use for more than 5 days without consulting your doctor.
