XT Hand Saw 244P22XT

The Bahco Blue XT Hand Saw is a professional-grade hardpoint saw designed for cutting coarse and thick wood materials. Featuring innovative XT-toothing technology, this handsaw delivers exceptional cutting performance through a dual-action tooth design where one set cuts whilst the second set clears with each stroke, maintaining efficiency throughout use. The blade features a distinctive blue powder coating that is magnetically bonded to both the blade and teeth, providing excellent corrosion resistance and reduced friction during cutting. This low-friction coating ensures the saw remains rust-proof whilst delivering smooth, effortless cuts through dense timber. The hardpoint teeth maintain their sharpness over extended use, reducing the need for frequent sharpening and ensuring consistent cutting performance across demanding applications. The screwed two-component handle offers enhanced user comfort during prolonged use and incorporates a practical design feature that allows it to function as an approximate 45° and 90° marking guide. This makes the Bahco Blue XT particularly useful for carpenters and joiners who need to mark cutting angles quickly on site without additional tools.
