Features: High-strength rear outer cam chain drive sprocket handles aggressive valvetrain loads. Precision machined from premium 4340 alloy steel to resist gear teeth deformation. Replaces the weak 34-tooth stock factory rear outer cam drive sprocket. Includes a matched spline drive spacer and shim kit for precise alignment tuning. Made in the USA. Fits '00 to '06 early Twin Cam models (except '06 Dyna) when upgrading to modern hydraulic chain tensioners and roller chains..

- 1x 34-Tooth Rear Cam Drive Sprocket
- 3x Alignment Spacer Shims (0.005"/0.010"/0.020")
- 1x Main Shaft Washer Spacer
- 1x 3/8"-24 x 1-3/4" Grade-8 Hex Head Mounting bolt.
