This deluxe control low-temperature cook-and-hold oven features an intuitive, touchscreen control. Cook and hold by time or multiple temperature probes and store unlimited, multi-step programmable recipes for premium results. The 1000-TH/DX oven also allows you to streamline processes and ensure consistency with ChefLinc remote oven management system. Plus, you can cook by time or probe with Simple or Deluxe controls.
