Poly/Cotton linings help keep feet acclimatised to the weather and removable insoles and wide width fitting help to accommodate orthotic insoles if needed. Aigle are true to size, and people tend to fit their usual size range here, so no sweat - go with what you know! You can of course hop up a size if you prefer a fuller cut, and down if you prefer a more streamlined look. After each time you use them, clean your rubber boots with a sponge soaked in soapy water and leave them to dry in the open air.
