The ABUS 82/90 Monoblock Padlock features a substantial 90mm solid brass body, making it the largest option in the series and ideal for high-value assets, industrial shutters, commercial gates, storage facilities, and applications demanding maximum visual deterrence and security performance. This heavy-duty size provides the ultimate protection within the 82 Series range. The through-hardened steel alloy shackle rotates when attacked, actively resisting cutting attempts, whilst the precision 5-pin cylinder with anti-pick mushroom pins ensures excellent manipulation resistance. All internal components are manufactured from rust-free materials, guaranteeing reliable operation even in harsh environmental conditions. A hardened steel pin on the narrow side of the lock body delivers additional protection against sawing attacks. For operational convenience, the bolt can be pushed in to lock without needing the key.
