How do I receive my tickets after booking?

For bookings made on or after 14th February 2024, your E-Tickets are sent immediately. For bookings before this date or after 17th July 2024, E-Tickets are delivered automatically no later than 24 hours before the event. Always check your junk/spam folders.

What should I do if I haven't received my tickets or confirmation email?

Please contact LW Theatres Customer Relations on 020 3925 2998 or email customer.relations@lwtickets.co.uk, quoting your booking reference. If it's close to the show, bring your booking confirmation and ID to the Box Office at least 30 minutes before the advertised start time.

Can I make a booking over the phone?
