How do I receive my tickets after booking?
For bookings made on or after 14th February 2024, your E-Tickets are sent immediately. For bookings before this date or after 17th July 2024, E-Tickets are delivered automatically no later than 24 hours before the event. Always check your junk/spam folders.
What should I do if I haven't received my tickets or confirmation email?
Please contact LW Theatres Customer Relations on 020 3925 2998 or email customer.relations@lwtickets.co.uk, quoting your booking reference. If it's close to the show, bring your booking confirmation and ID to the Box Office at least 30 minutes before the advertised start time.
Can I make a booking over the phone?
For new bookings or queries about existing bookings, please visit the FAQs page on lwtheatres.co.uk for relevant contact details. The Head Office does not handle ticket sales.
