You will need to send the case directly to PC Specialist, including your order number as the first line of the address. It is your responsibility to confirm your chosen components will fit.
Do PC Specialist systems come with an operating system?
PC Specialist offers and supports Windows 11 Home and Professional. You can purchase a computer without an operating system if you prefer to install your own, but please note that they cannot offer software support for self-installed operating systems.
Do you sell individual components or only full systems?
PC Specialist only sells fully equipped, functioning systems. All core components must be purchased as part of a complete system. However, they do offer an open case warranty, which allows you to install your own components after purchase.
What are the typical delivery lead times for a custom PC?
Delivery lead times can vary. If you order a desktop computer today and payment is confirmed, PC Specialist provides an estimated dispatch date, which is guidance only.
