UK orders travel by FedEx at rates worked out at checkout from size and weight. A speed jump rope was quoted £20.00 with FedEx International Connect Plus and a set of 5 lb vest weights £41.00 (checked October 2026). Hyperwear's shipping policy makes import duties and taxes the recipient's responsibility and gives no guaranteed international delivery dates. Free shipping on orders over $39 and under 80 lb is limited to the continental US.
Unused items can be returned within 60 days of receipt with proof of purchase, in unworn, unwashed and original condition; orders placed between 1 November and 31 December get 90 days. Once a return is approved there are 30 days to send it back. International returns are at the customer's expense and start with a return form from customer service. Bundles must come back whole, and original shipping is not refunded. A 24-month warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, cut to 12 months for the Hyper Vest PRO and the resistance bands.
