Both partners work on the same timeline with equal access to time, lawyers, and review, ensuring transparency throughout the process. While Wenup is not a law firm and doesn't provide legal advice directly, their standard package includes independent legal advice for both partners from experienced barristers or solicitors.

At £690 per person (£1,380 total), the service includes a 60-minute call for each partner with an independent family lawyer. This satisfies the UK legal requirement that both parties receive independent advice for agreements to be upheld. Of Wenup's first 120 customers, 15% were same-sex couples.
