What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We always recommend supplying a high-resolution PDF, at the ordered size (A4, A5, or Novel size 198mm x 129mm) in CMYK colour mode, and in the correct running order. We also recommend including crop and bleed marks.
How do I upload my artwork?
Once your order is placed, you will be taken to an order confirmation page where you can upload your artwork to our system. You can also upload files via a link provided in our Help Centre.
What is a hard copy sample and why is it important?
A hard copy sample is a physical proof of your book that we produce and send to you within 3 working days. It's crucial for you to review this sample thoroughly to ensure you are completely happy with everything before we proceed with the full print run.
What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holiday weekends.
