Because they own 100% of the rights to their catalogue—including master rights, performer rights and composition rights—subscribers can publish and monetise content worry-free.

Unlike traditional royalty-free music, Epidemic Sound is not affiliated with any Performance Rights Organizations (PROs), meaning no surprise copyright claims or additional fees. All content published during an active subscription stays cleared forever, even after cancellation.

Subscription plans include Creator and Pro options with no long-term contracts or minimums. The Pro and Enterprise plans allow music use in ad campaigns. While listening is free, downloading and using music requires an active subscription or single track license. Artist credit is appreciated but not required.
