About VetVits

VetVits is the pet supplement brand of Healthspan, the vitamins company Derek Coates founded in Guernsey in 1996. Its web store sells dog and cat supplements to UK owners in pounds and is run from Healthspan House in St Peter Port. Healthspan has belonged to the Norwegian group Orkla since 2022, and the vet Dr Scott Miller advises VetVits on its formulas.

What VetVits sells

  • Joint care: Flexi-Joints for dogs and cats, made with glucosamine and chondroitin, plus the higher-strength Flexi-Joints Plus and Flexi-Turmeric for dogs
  • MagiCalm, which VetVits describes as a gentle supplement for anxious dogs facing fireworks, travel or a change in routine
  • Bladder Support for dogs and cats, combining pumpkin seed, D-mannose and cranberry
  • Omega Skin and Coat fish oil, the Pet Pro Digest probiotic and MultiVitality multivitamins, with a Senior version for older dogs

The site also keeps a Pet Health Hub of articles, among them Dr Miller's guide to settling pets on Bonfire Night.

Delivery and returns

UK Super Saver delivery takes about 3 to 4 working days and costs £2.45, but it is free on orders over £30 and on every subscription order. Priority delivery costs £2.95 for about 1 to 2 working days, and the £7.95 courier service arrives the next working day for orders placed before 1pm; courier orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or at the weekend leave on Monday. The delivery page warns that routine customs checks can hold parcels up.

Unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. UK customers ask customer services for a Freepost label, and refunds follow within 10 working days of the return arriving. Damaged deliveries are refunded or replaced once the damage is agreed, but short-dated stock sold at a reduced price cannot be returned unless it is damaged.

Ways to save at VetVits

Signing up for VetVits emails brings 15% off a first order (checked October 2026). Subscribe and Save customers choose a delivery frequency, pay as each order is dispatched and get a reminder up to 14 days before it ships, and the brand's Price Match Promise means subscribers never pay more than the site's standard one-off price for the same product.

VetVits is headquartered in St Peter Port, Guernsey. It is part of Healthspan.
