Returns Policy
Customers can return unused, unopened items in original packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery for online orders (at own expense for return shipping), or 28 days for in-store purchases. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt, provided items meet criteria. Exclusions apply, including specially ordered items, clearance, portfolios, easels, aerosols, pens, and adhesives. An extended Christmas returns period is available until January 14th.

How do I return an item purchased online?
If you wish to return an online order, please notify Cass Art Care within 14 days of delivery at cassartcare@cassart.co.uk. You then have 14 days to return the item(s) to them at your own expense. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Certain exclusions apply, such as specially ordered items, clearance lines, portfolios, easels, aerosol products, pens, and adhesive products.
What is your delivery policy?
Cass Art offers free standard delivery on orders over £50 within the UK. Next Day Delivery is available for most items on working days, though some large items or specific sets may be excluded. All deliveries require a signature. They also offer shipping to Europe, with free delivery on orders over €95.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, orders cannot be amended once placed. While the Customer Service team will try their best to cancel an order if you call +44 (0)20 7619 2601 before it's picked and packed, this is not always possible due to their quick processing times. If your unwanted order is dispatched, you will need to follow the standard returns instructions.
