About YETI

YETI is an American outdoor-equipment company that brothers Roy and Ryan Seiders founded in Austin, Texas, in 2006, and its parent, YETI Holdings, Inc., is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The British web shop at uk.yeti.com prices in pounds, sends every order from a UK warehouse and delivers only to UK addresses, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and British Forces Post Office addresses.

What YETI sells

• Hard cool boxes from the Tundra and Roadie ranges, the TANK ice bucket and reusable ice packs
• Hopper soft cool bags, including tote and backpack versions
• Rambler bottles, mugs, tumblers and jugs, plus Yonder water bottles and a flask
• Panga waterproof duffels, Camino carryall bags and LoadOut buckets
• Hondo beach chairs, a cast-iron skillet and food storage, with personalisation on selected Rambler drinkware

In the UK, YETI (Europe) Limited of Bishopsgate, London, provides the warranty: five years for Tundra and Roadie coolers, Rambler drinkware and LoadOut buckets, and three years for Hopper, Panga and Camino bags. An approved claim is repaired or replaced once the item has been posted back with a return authorisation number.

Delivery and returns

Standard delivery is free on orders over £50 and £3.99 below that, taking 2 to 3 working days in England and Wales and 2 to 5 working days to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and British Forces addresses. Next-working-day delivery to England and Wales costs £5.99 for orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Thursday, and is not available in Northern Ireland. Orders normally leave within one working day, some items can be collected from a DPD Pickup point, and the largest cool boxes travel with a specialist carrier.

Unused products in their original packaging can be refunded within 30 days of purchase through the online returns portal, which the site describes as free. Personalised items and anything bought from another retailer are excluded, exchanges are not processed, and refunds go back to the original payment method rather than as store credit. YETI also states that it does not price match competitors or dealers.
