For a refund, items can be returned within 28 days of purchase with a full receipt and original payment method. For exchanges, items purchased between 1 October and 15 January can be exchanged for goods or a gift card until 15 January the following year, with a gift or full receipt. Normal conditions apply, and items must be in original condition.
