Delivery and returns
Renogy's shipping policy promises free delivery to mainland UK addresses, though a later section limits free ground shipping to items flagged as qualifying on the product page. Northern Ireland orders carry an extra fee of at least £50, and the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly are not served. Parcels take 1 to 2 business days to process and 2 to 4 more in transit; pallet freight takes 3 to 10 business days once processed. PO boxes are not accepted.
To return something, customers contact the service team within 30 days of receipt for an RMA number, and the item must be unused, unmodified and in its original packaging. Lithium, AGM and gel batteries have a shorter 14-day window if never used, and lightly used ones can incur a 10% to 15% charge. Renogy covers postage on faulty, damaged or wrong items; for change-of-mind returns the buyer pays. Refunds arrive 7 to 10 business days after the return is received.
