However, due to their bespoke nature, colour-matched paint products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there's an issue with the colour matching itself, in which case you should contact customer service.
How does your colour matching service work?
Their colour matching service can tint paints to equivalents of over 19,000 big brand shades. Simply provide the brand and colour name when ordering. Formulas are lab-created and matched to colour charts, with tinted equivalent colours being within a 10% variance. For reordering the same paint, it's helpful to provide the machine number from your original tin label for consistency.
