About Ekrin Athletics
Ekrin Athletics is an American maker of percussion massage guns, started in 2019 by former collegiate athletes according to its About page. The ekrin.com store is run by Emory Peak Wellness LLC and sells to the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and the EU, with UK prices shown in pounds. In October 2021 USC Athletics named Ekrin its recovery partner.
What Ekrin Athletics sells
- Four percussion massager models: the Kestrel, the B37, the compact Bantam and the 365
- Open-box units of each model, resold at a lower price than new stock
- Locking and non-locking replacement heads, USB charging cables and a B37 charging adapter
- Hard and soft travel cases, the Dorso cane with a wall mount for reaching the back, logo T-shirts and gift cards
Ekrin says its massagers are designed to help muscle recovery, blood flow and range of motion, and the store advertises a lifetime warranty on its devices. American buyers can pay with HSA or FSA funds, according to the site.
Delivery and returns
Standard shipping is free on every US order. For the UK, Canada, Australia and the EU, the shipping page says standard delivery is free when the item is held in a local warehouse. Most international parcels travel Delivered Duty Paid, so import duty and tax are settled at checkout rather than on the doorstep. Delivery estimates are counted in business days and are not guaranteed.
Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery, provided the massager is undamaged and comes back in its original packaging; emailing support@ekrin.com starts the process. Return postage is the buyer's cost, and choosing the brand's prepaid label takes a flat $15 off the refund. Orders placed between 10 November and 10 December can be sent back until 10 January.
Ways to save at Ekrin Athletics
Open-box versions of each massager cost less than new units and keep the same product line-up. Ekrin also runs a military and first responder discount: eligible buyers write to support from a work email address to have it set up.
