Floritta Flowers is a London florist that designs bouquets in its studio at Willow Walk, Southwark, and delivers them across the capital on the day of ordering and to the rest of the UK. The business is run by Floritta Ltd (Companies House 13358527), incorporated in April 2021 as Amelia Luxury Flowers Ltd and renamed in September 2022.

What Floritta Flowers sells

• Hand-tied bouquets grouped by flower (roses, peonies, hydrangeas, tulips, sunflowers), by colour and by occasion, from birthdays and new babies to sympathy and funeral flowers
• Hatbox arrangements, woven flower baskets and arrangements delivered ready in a vase
• Gift add-ons such as helium balloon sets, chocolate-dipped strawberries, fruit boxes and sweet-and-teddy baskets, plus alcohol sold to over-18s under a Southwark Council premises licence
• Flower subscriptions on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly cycle, with a choice of colour scheme and bouquet size

Before a bouquet leaves the studio, the florist sends the buyer a preview photo so small changes can be requested. When a stem is out of stock, Floritta says it swaps in a similar bloom of equal or higher value. The website lists the shop as a 2026 finalist for Retail Florist of the Year at the British Florist Association Awards, and it can be read in 13 languages, including Ukrainian, Arabic, Chinese and Hindi.

Delivery and returns

London orders placed by 10pm are delivered the same day, seven days a week, across every London zone from Chelsea and Kensington to Canary Wharf and Islington. Deliveries elsewhere in the UK take 2 to 3 working days. Delivery is free on orders from £120; below that, the charge is calculated at checkout. Over Christmas, Christmas Eve orders for London close at 5pm and UK-wide deliveries stop on 18 December.

Because flowers are perishable, Floritta's terms rule out returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported with photos within 24 hours of delivery. A separate freshness guarantee promises at least 3 days of vase life when the care instructions are followed; if the flowers wilt sooner, a photo sent within those 3 days earns a replacement bouquet.

Ways to save at Floritta Flowers

The homepage advertised 15% off a first order over £98 and 20% off autumn bouquets made with spray roses (checked October 2026). Gift cards can also be bought online for someone else to choose their own flowers.
