Delivery and returns
Every Lush Lobster order goes by Royal Mail. Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days from dispatch and First Class takes 1 business day, so a First Class card ordered before the 12pm cut-off can arrive within about 24 hours. The shipping page does not list a price for each service.
If a card falls short of expectations, the buyer has seven days from receiving the order to ask for a reprint, a swap or a full refund. Requests go by email to info@lushlobster.com with the order number and a short description of the problem.

Returns Policy
