Birley Bakery is an independent artisan bakery based in Chelsea, London, inspired by the traditional French boulangerie-pâtisseries. Founded by Robin Birley, the bakery features handmade pastries, sourdough bread, cakes and chocolates made daily on-site.
Maître pâtissier Vincent Zanardi and head baker Eshak Belabed have crafted recipes - some taking up to five years to perfect - using exceptional ingredients sourced globally. Wheat flour comes from an artisanal Burgundy farmer, sea salt from La Guérande in Brittany, almonds from Valencia, and honey from Bermondsey hives.
