How do I hire a suit from Moss Bros Hire?
The hiring process is made quick and easy in only 4 steps. You can complete your entire order online, or place your order online and opt to be fitted in any of our stores. Our 'How to Hire' and 'Group Hire' pages provide full details.
What is the standard hire period?
Our standard hire period is seven days, with collection four days before your event and return two days after. If you need to extend your hire, this can be done at an additional charge.
What are the delivery options for my hire outfit?
You can choose free Click and Collect to any UK store, or opt for DPD home delivery starting from £8.95. Please note that your delivery date cannot be the same as your function date, and online orders require your wear date to be 7 working days or more from the creation date.
How do I return my hire outfit?
It's free to return your hire outfit to any of our 120+ hire stores nationwide. Alternatively, you can arrange for a courier to collect your order from your home or business address. Just re-use the box it came in, and the courier will provide a return address label.
How far in advance should I book my hire suit?
We recommend booking no later than 60 days in advance to ensure you get your required style and size. If your event is closer than 14 days, we recommend visiting your nearest Moss Bros store.
Can I place a group order for an event like a wedding?
