Delivery and returns

Standard UK delivery costs £3.95 and takes 2 to 3 working days, either to the door with Amazon Shipping or to an Evri pick-up point. Express delivery costs £5.95 and arrives in 1 to 2 working days. Orders over £50 ship free, and members of the Calzedonia Lover programme pay nothing for delivery. Collection from a Calzedonia shop is free with no minimum spend, and parcels are held there for 10 days.

Shoppers have 30 days from delivery to send items back. A courier return using the prepaid Royal Mail label costs £3.95, or £1.95 for Calzedonia Lover members, while full-price items can be handed back in a shop at no charge. Reduced-price items must go through the online returns process, and tights that have been tried on cannot be refunded. An order can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed.

Ways to save at Calzedonia

Joining the Calzedonia Lover loyalty programme removes delivery charges and lowers the courier return fee. The UK site also runs multi-buy promotions on tights and socks (checked October 2026), and Klarna can split a purchase into three monthly payments.
