About Nuage

Nuage is a women's underwear and loungewear label based in Orlando, Florida, selling online through nuagewears.com. Founder Amber Han says she began developing the brand in April 2024, travelling between fabric mills to find a material thin and light enough to wear under leggings without visible lines. The name is the French word for cloud.

Nuage says its glued 3D construction is designed to stop wedgies and visible pantie lines, and its About page lists a polyamide and elastane micro-mesh fabric.

Delivery and returns

Nuage's shipping policy uses the same rates at home and abroad: a flat $6.90 on orders under $60, and no charge above that. Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days, after which US parcels take 3 to 5 business days and international parcels, including those to the UK, take 5 to 8 business days depending on customs clearance. UK shoppers can pay in pounds at checkout.

Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery, and items need to be new and unworn with their original tags and packaging. Only one pair per style and size can be sent back, returns go by post, and the customer pays return shipping, with no restocking fee. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return being inspected.

Ways to save at Nuage

Multi-packs of 3 and 5 pairs work out cheaper per pair than buying singles, and the site has a sale section (checked October 2026).
