Icy Bear Dental is a British oral care brand set up in 2020 by Dr Hanna Kinsella, a cosmetic and prosthodontic dentist who owns Kiln Lane Dental Practice and belongs to the Royal College of Surgeons. Its web store is run by ICYBEAR LIMITED, a company incorporated in England in July 2020 (Companies House 12723876) with a registered office on Great Portland Street in London.

What Icy Bear Dental sells

• Whitening strips, powder, gel, pens and a whitening kit with an accelerator light, built on PAP (phthalimidoperoxycaproic acid) instead of peroxide
• Diamond dust whitening toothpaste, a sensitive-teeth version and a stain-removing mouthwash
• A sonic whitening toothbrush with clean, whiten and massage modes, a water flosser, a tongue scraper and breath spray
• Lip oil, gift sets and multi-product bundles, with some items sold on subscription

According to the brand's FAQ, the dissolvable strips are meant to be used twice a day for 14 days, are recommended from age 16 and not during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and give results that can last up to 6 months depending on diet. Icy Bear says its toothpaste contains fluoride and no SLS, and that its formulas are vegan friendly and palm-oil free.

Delivery and returns

UK standard delivery costs £4.56 and takes 2 to 3 working days, and UK orders over £50 ship free. Priority next-day delivery costs £5.11 for weekday orders placed before 2pm. The shop also sends parcels to more than 30 countries, with Ireland priced at €7.37 and other destinations quoted on its shipping page.

A return can be requested within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unopened, unused and still sealed; requests go to enquiries@icybeardental.com. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are sorted case by case with photo or video evidence. Exchanges are not available, so a different item means a new order and a refund on the original.
