About Muscle Nation
Muscle Nation is an Australian activewear and sports nutrition brand based in Brisbane. Nathaniel Anthony and Chris Anastasi put its first clothing range online on 22 August 2016, and the company now employs more than 50 people at a 5,000 square-metre site in the city. It ships to over 160 countries, and its UK storefront prices orders in pounds.
What Muscle Nation sells
- Leggings, bike shorts, sports bras in maximum, medium and everyday support levels, bralettes and tank tops, in fabric lines such as Seamless, Invisible Scrunch, Unrivalled and Aura
- Shorts in midway, running and basketball cuts, graphic and oversized tees, jumpers, hoodies and trackpants
- A maternity range and winter fleece
- Whey protein powder, protein water, pre-workout, amino acids and greens gummies
- Shaker cups, thermal cups, bottles and gym bags
Several sports bras are made from the brand's recycled Everyday fabric, according to its product pages, and the protein water contains bovine collagen, so it is not vegan or vegetarian. In Australia, Muscle Nation supplements are stocked by Woolworths, Coles and Chemist Warehouse, and its activewear is sold through Rebel Sport. SmartCompany ranked the business ninth in its 2021 Smart50 awards.
