Arctic Fox is a vegan hair dye brand that says it has been making vivid colours since 2013. It sells direct from its own site, ships from a fulfilment centre in Cerritos, California, and shows UK visitors a storefront priced in pounds sterling. Its Dye For A Cause tagline refers to the brand's statement that it donates 15% of net profits to community and animal-welfare causes.

According to Arctic Fox, its dyes contain no peroxide, ammonia or PPD and are made for home application. The brand also runs a Fox Fam Rewards programme and its own shopping app.

Delivery and returns

Orders are processed within 3 business days. For the UK and other international destinations, express shipping takes 3 to 4 business days and standard shipping 5 to 12 business days from dispatch, with the rate set by destination and method at checkout. Duties and taxes are worked out at checkout as well, so the full cost is known before paying. Hair bleach, nail polish, Pool Party Foaming Hair Mask and OG Hair Perfume cannot leave the contiguous United States. Within the US, standard shipping costs $7 and orders above $45 ship free.

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date after contacting support@arcticfoxusa.com for instructions. Refunds cover the item value and taxes minus the actual shipping cost the brand paid, and returns are processed within 10 business days of arriving. Products bought from other retailers have to go back to the retailer that sold them.
