Tracked service (1-2 working days) is £3.95 or free for orders over £100. Signed For service (1-2 working days) is £5.95 or free for orders over £200. How do I return an item to John Greed Jewellery?
To return an item, please ensure it's in its original condition and packaging, with any tags. Earrings must be unopened in their hygiene bag. Enclose a note with your order number, product code, and whether you want a refund or exchange. Visit www.johngreed.com/senditback to generate a free returns label. You'll receive a QR code to take to the Post Office, or you can arrange a doorstep collection for a small fee.
