Delivery and returns

Every UK order ships free by Royal Mail Signed For. Parcels leave within 1 to 2 working days and arrive 2 to 3 working days later. The shop also posts to Europe, where delivery takes 4 to 7 days, and to the rest of the world in 10 to 14 days, with postage charged by destination.

Unused items in their original condition and packaging can be sent back within 14 days of receipt, and the buyer pays for the return, ideally by a tracked service. The shop's terms say only full-price items are refundable, so reduced-price purchases are excluded, and defective or damaged goods are replaced.
