Delivery and returns

UK delivery costs nothing unless checkout shows a charge. According to the shipping policy, made-to-order jewellery takes about 2 to 3 working weeks to manufacture, finish, hallmark and dispatch. Parcels are not sent to PO boxes, a signature can be requested on arrival, and buyers outside the UK pay any import duties, taxes and VAT raised in their country.

Eligible items can come back within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn and in the original packaging, and the store asks to be contacted before anything is posted.
