Invicta Watch Group traces its origins to 1837 when Raphael Picard founded the company in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland. The name Invicta means 'Invincible' in Latin, reflecting the brand's commitment to quality watchmaking. After winning a gold medal at the 1914 Swiss National Exhibition, the company faced challenges during the quartz crisis and was relaunched in the 1990s. Now headquartered in Hollywood, Florida, Invicta sells across 17 European countries through marketplaces and authorised resellers including Chronographworld in the UK.
