Will Leather Goods is a family-run leather brand based in Eugene, Oregon, and led by its founder, Will Adler. Travel Oregon reports that the company's design work has been based in Eugene since 1992, when the business was called Spirit Leather Works, and that its flagship store, a boxcar boutique at the Fifth Street Market, opened in May 2015.

What Will Leather Goods sells

• Bags: backpacks, briefcases and messenger bags, crossbody and sling bags, duffles, handbags, pouches and totes
• Belts in everyday, dress and western styles, and wallets from billfolds and trifolds to card cases and slim front-pocket designs
• Smaller goods such as bag straps, bracelets, journals, golf accessories, luggage tags, keychains and dopp kits
• Named lines including the Field, Italian, Lasso, Rainline, Workshop, William and Prefontaine collections

According to Travel Oregon, the leather is full-grain and vegetable-tanned to a proprietary formula, and artisans in Italy, Mexico, India, Texas, Wisconsin and other places make the products. Eligible items can be embossed free of charge.

Delivery and returns

Orders placed Monday to Thursday ship 24 to 48 hours after confirmation, by FedEx or USPS. The site banner advertises free US shipping over $200. International delivery covers selected countries, including the UK, where the store shows prices in pounds sterling; duties, fees and VAT on international parcels are the buyer's responsibility and are not refunded.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in original condition, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Monogrammed or custom pieces cannot be returned. The cost of a return label is deducted from refunds, exchanges get a free label, and return shipping is not covered for international addresses. Refunds go to the original form of payment. Marked-down items can only be exchanged or swapped for store credit, and Final Sale items are excluded (checked October 2026).

The lifetime guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship, including leather, zippers, rivets and construction. Shoes, hats, clothing, watches, home goods and vintage pieces fall outside it. The owner pays to send an item in, and the brand pays for the trip back except to international addresses.
