B-low The Belt is a women-owned accessories label from Los Angeles, launched in 2002 by designers Ana Schoenberg and Carole Kotler. It designs leather belts and bags in LA, works with artisans in the city and overseas, and ships worldwide from a Los Angeles warehouse. Shoppers in the UK see prices in pounds.

Delivery and returns

Orders to the UK and other countries outside the US ship at a flat rate of $39, and the recipient pays any import duties and taxes on delivery. Most orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of purchase; Friday orders go out after the weekend, because the warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Within the continental US, ground shipping is free on orders over $75 and 2nd Day shipping costs a flat $25, with delivery in 3 to 8 business days from dispatch. Parcels travel with USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Returns are accepted for 30 days from the date an order is fulfilled. Pieces must be unworn with every tag attached, or they are sent back to the customer. Exchanges are free and instant, but refunds carry an $8 restocking fee, and reduced-price items are final. B-low The Belt does not provide return labels for international orders, so UK customers arrange their own postage, and a return should be posted within 10 days of receiving a label. Refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after the parcel reaches the warehouse.
