About MyPura

MyPura is the direct-to-consumer web store of Pura, a nappy and wipes brand that began in Cheshire in 2020. MyPura.com Limited runs it from Worley Court in Tattenhall, a village near Chester. Founders Guy and Abi say they created the range after failing to find baby products they trusted, and Pura is now a certified B Corp.

What MyPura sells

• Nappies and nappy pants sized by baby weight, each with a trial pack
• Baby wipes and flushable baby and toddler wipes, with wipes also sold in cases of 10
• Flushable adult toilet wipes
• Bundles, gift sets and Pura gift cards

Pura describes the whole range as totally chlorine-free and made without perfume or parabens, and lists Allergy UK, the British Skin Foundation and EWG Verified among its certifications; its FAQ adds OEKO-TEX Standard 100. The same FAQ is candid that the nappies are not biodegradable, because the plastic inside is needed for them to work. Used nappies can go through the brand's NappiCycle recycling scheme instead.

Delivery and returns

Every UK order ships free. DPD delivers next day when the order is placed before 3:30pm on a weekday or 12pm at the weekend, while trial packs travel by Yodel in 3 to 5 working days. Remote areas such as parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands take 2 to 4 days, and DPD Pickup points can be chosen for one-time purchases. The store sends parcels to UK addresses only.

Unused items in their original packaging can go back within 40 days of the purchase date, and the customer may have to cover the return postage. A faulty product is replaced after an email to hello@mypura.com quoting the order number.

Ways to save at MyPura

Subscribers pay 20% less than the one-time price, pick a delivery every 2 to 8 weeks and can cancel in one click (checked October 2026). NHS staff can claim 10% off nappies, nappy pants and wipes through NHS Staff Benefits (checked October 2026).
