The Parry BT1 mobile banqueting trolley is a high capacity mobile cupboard designed to keep large quantities of plated meals or 20 gastronorm pans at a safe ready to serve temperature. Perfect for use at functions events and workplace canteens the mobile trolley is easy to move using four sturdy swivel castors and robust handles. The premium grade stainless steel construction and removeable heater module ensures that the product is both attractive and easy to clean. Please be aware this does not cook food and it is a holding cabinet.The BT1 is thermostatically controlled and fan assisted with a double skinned construction for improved insulation and efficiency. It also gives the unit a cool touch exterior. The heavy duty door is lockable and there are two push handles on either side of the unit for maximum manoeuvrability. The cabinet will reach operating temperature in 28 minutes and holds approximately 80 x  10″ plates.Inside the internal runner system has 19 different positions – and a 60mm pitch between the runners. There are 10 sets of removable shelf runners suitable for holding 20 x 1/1 gastronorm pans 100mm deep with  each shelf holding 2 pans Or it can hold 10 x 2/1 GN pans. (GN pans not included).
