The name stands for Universal Green, reflecting their commitment to sustainable tech. Starting as a small OEM producing data cables, Zhang abandoned this model to build a brand recognised for quality and customer service. Major breakthroughs in GaN charging technology led to the first UGREEN NAS products and the world's first 300W charger. With over 260 patents including folding technology, multi-sensors, and auto-speed control, UGREEN has expanded to over 10,000 offline stores globally. In just over a decade, they've generated over $5 billion in sales, including significant US market share via Amazon, AliExpress, and eBay.
