Pets Villa is a UK pet supplies retailer founded in 2021 by entrepreneur Frank Bao, starting as a brick-and-mortar pet shop on Hurst Street, Birmingham. Over the past two years, the company has evolved into a leading online retailer offering over 10,000 products for dogs, cats, and small animals. In June 2024, Pets Villa opened a flagship store at the Arcadian Centre on Bromsgrove Street in Birmingham city centre. Achieving an impressive 103% growth in sales over twelve months through new sales channels and innovative marketing, the company has created over 10 full-time positions.
