If you chose a Regal van delivery, it will arrive on the specified date and time in one of their temperature-controlled vehicles with a knowledgeable driver. For courier service orders, DPD will deliver on the specified date within an allocated time slot, using temperature-controlled packaging, and will contact you the day before delivery.
How is my fish packaged?
For Regal van deliveries, fresh fish arrives in a sealed tray, interleaved. Courier deliveries feature vacuum-packed fish. Chilled products are ready for refrigeration (or freezing on the day of purchase). Traditionally smoked fish is wrapped in paper, and frozen fish is packaged for direct transfer to your freezer.
How do I pay for my fish?
Payment can be made at the point of order by debit or credit card (most major cards accepted), with payment processed immediately. For traditional Regal van service orders, you may pay by Cash or Cheque (payable to Regal Fish Supplies) to the delivery driver. If an order is left without payment, you are asked to contact them within 7 working days.
