Paul & Shark is an Italian luxury fashion brand founded in 1975 by Paolo Dini in Varese, Lombardy. The brand's name was inspired by an 18th century clipper's sail discovered in a Maine sailmaker's workshop. Building on their family mill's heritage (established 1921, previously supplying Balenciaga and Dior), they pioneered water-repellent virgin wool knitwear inspired by yachting. Still family-owned and 100% made in Italy, they operate 135+ boutiques across 143 countries. CEO Andrea Dini leads this fourth-generation business.
