Fix-A-Floor was established in 2012 in Florida as a family-owned business when Ken & Tracy were renovating homes and continually finding loose flooring with no repair solutions available. After 3 years of formulation and testing, they found the perfect proprietary blend and launched worldwide. Fix-A-Floor UK was established when Adrian & Robert encountered the same problem in their UK homes. The product has won the Flooring Innovation Gold award at the National Flooring Show Harrogate, was a finalist for DIY Product of the Year, won Best Product Innovation at the Tile Association 2023 awards, and received the BASA Innovation Initiative 2025 from the British Adhesive & Sealants Association.
