Remove cap and foil twist the bottom to release the product. Clean with a tissue after each use and place the cap on. Adults: Apply liberally onto chest, throat and back. Cover whole area for maximum effect. Leave clothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily. Children over 2 years: Gently apply a small amount on the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. Inhalation: Adults: If head cold or nasal catarrh persists, for deep action relief melt two teaspoons in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water.
