Rub in well over the whole area and leave nightclothes loose for easy inhalation. Children over 2 years: Apply lightly to chest and back. Rub gently and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. Inhalation Method: Adults and children over the age of 12: Melt two teaspoons of Vaporub in very hot water and inhale the vapours. Not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
