First published in English in 1959 After searching the high seas for Red Rackham's treasure, Tintin and his friends return unsuccessful to Haddock's ancestral home, Marlinspike Hall. This was bought for him by Professor Calculus from his proceeds from the sale of his latest invention, the shark submarine.
