Prepare the soil by raking to a fine tilth before sowing. Plant the seeds 20mm deep in rows of 30cm apart. Using free draining and moist compost. Position at 20-29C until after the germination, this will acclimatise to outdoor conditions before moving them outside in a frost free location. Thin out seedlings to 23cm if the plant is too large to handle. Provide plenty of water until plants are fully mature. An easy grow with little maintenance.
