Morning Glory 'Carnevale di Venezia' will transform your garden with all the dazzling colours of the Venice Carnival all summer long! You’ll love the masses of striped blue and pink blooms with their intricate markings. This vigorous climber will reach 2m (6ft), so is ideal for growing on walls, trellis and pergolas for a dramatic display. To extend the blooming period, remove spent flowers regularly. Height: 200cm. Spread: 30cm. Caution: toxic if eaten. Soak seeds overnight in tepid water before sowing. Sow seed on the surface of a free-draining, damp, seed compost and cover with a layer of compost or vermiculite, 6mm 1/8in) deep. Place in a propagator or seal container in a polythene bag at a temperature of 20-25C (68-77F) until after germination which takes 10-21 days. Do not exclude light as this helps germination.
