Godetia 'Fruit Punch Mixed' is a great variety for adding a mix of stunning colours to beds, borders and containers. Produces bicolour and pastel blooms early in summer and through into autumn. A compact, dwarf variety that is well suited to the UK climate and easy for all to grow. Sow April to May. Sow seed outdoors where they are to flower. Prepare the ground well and rake to a fine tilth before sowing. Sow 1.5mm (1/16 inch) deep, in rows 30cm (12 inches) apart. For earlier flowering sow indoors in 7.5cm (3 inch) pots at 20-25C (68-77F). When well grown, gradually acclimatise to outdoor conditions before planting out after all risk of frost. When large enough to handle, thin out seedlings to 20cm (8 inches) apart.
