A compact cauliflower that shows brilliant tolerance to heat. Cauliflower 'White Step' produces 10cm curds which is perfect for two portions, or sow closer together for smaller heads ideal for a one person portion. Transplant in summer for harvesting from September. Water cauliflowers regularly and do not allow them to dry out as this may impair their development. Hoe between plants regularly to prevent weeds from establishing and bring insect larvae to the surface.
