Amelanchier Lamarcki also known as Snowy Mespilus is a large specimen tree, grown for its beautiful spring blooms. With white bloom that almost appear pink alongside the bronze coloured young foliage, that open as bronze colour and changing to orange and red tones by autumn. This verity will grow best on a slightly acid soil. Height: up to 12m (39”). Spread: 4m (13”). The autumn foliage colours of Amelanchier will be at their best when grown in full sun. Plant into a moist, but well-drained soil, which can be neutral to acidic. Can be grown as a free-standing specimen tree or trained as a hedge.
